Generally speaking, we have a no returns, exchanges or refunds policy. Our supplier guarantees all plants to arrive safely, rain or shine.
Supplier checks all our plants prior to shipment for quality control and packs them with care. However, handling damages by shipping carriers can occur during transit. In these cases, the supplier will re-ship the plant(s) at no cost to you. Photos are required the day of arrival to verify packaging and plant condition in order to proceed with any replacement.
